Happy and grateful to share that my series Hemicrania-Disambiguation will be exhibited at Brandstof Galerie from June 17th to July 16th. Hemicrania-Disambiguation is an ode to pain and relief and our ability as human beings to sublime what life makes us endure. The series has won the Silver Medal at Prix de la Photographie de Paris in 2020.

For this exhibition in the bucolic setting of the Betuwe's countryside , I partnered with Rudi Nieuwenhuis from studio Thing.nl to create a soft visual mixed media experience where nature and flowers in particular, become a mysterious and enchanting place, a place of hope and healing.
While being partners in life for more than two decades, I am over the moon to finally have joined forces with Rudi in this artistic project.

Be welcome Saturday 17th June at 15.00 for the opening.

During the period of the exhibition, I will give four workshops on still life and photography. More details to come.
